Small Business Owners Receive Hands-On Asset Protection Planning
Loomis, Calif., January 17, 2011: Leaders Without Limits, a business management firm specializing in asset protection, is pleased to announce a unique educational event to be held at the Hilton Sacramento (2200 Harvard St, Sacramento - Directions) on February 26, 2011 from 10 am to 5 pm.
In addition to hands-on asset protection training, extended periods for individual questions and a five-star buffet, the daylong event will offer corporate asset protection strategies for those individuals looking to navigate the often-complicated road to incorporating their business, as well as for those currently incorporated who feel that they may not be fully protected.
David McCauley, founder and president of Leaders Without Limits, will engage participants in strategy mechanisms that may protect small business owner’s from a loss of assets (business and personal) when confronted with the threat of legal (lawsuit), creditor and estate (probate) actions filed against them.
In today’s economic crisis, small business owners face an onslaught of conditions that put their business and personal assets at greater risk due to legal actions and credit collection. Asset protection after-the-fact is not only impossible, but any action to do so is deemed illegal and can further complicate matters.
According to Mr. McCauley, a lawsuit is filed every twenty seconds in America and the corporate laws protecting small business owners have been on the books since 1916. But even today, corporate strategies are all too often presented in a confusing manner that leaves small business owners frustrated and assets unnecessarily exposed.
“The process is far less complicated than business owners imagine when they understand the basics of how to protect their assets. Leaders Without Limits is not a “Do It Yourself” corporation development firm. We’re strictly committed to educating small business owners through each and every step so that they are empowered to form a structure that specifically meets their individual needs. If they need help in forming that structure, we can help with that as well.”
Seating for the event is limited, and interested business owners/individuals who register by February 17, 2011 will receive a “Bring a Guest for FREE” bonus ($299 value).tax
Leaders Without Limits also offers two-hour educational asset protection events every month, and can be heard live on KAHI, Talk-AM 950 each Thursday at 6pm.
Register early for the upcoming Hilton Sacramento workshop (and bring a guest Free if registered by February 17).
